Due to the constraint of the site and Town Planning Law are imposed the mass of building which inevitably make the form of the building to be fit with all 4 sides setback as the starting design point. This building is the expansion factory which the client want to maximize all used space as much as the law allowance. There are two expansion factories of this project. The first is the printing factory with office 4 stories. Buildable area is 14,500 Sq.M. The second is papers sorting building which also small factory in the same compound in 2 stories building, area 750 Sq.M.
